Fancy Fold Designer Series Paper Cards

 I really enjoy our Team Meetings and we always learn to make some fabulous cards either when Ange McKay does the Mystery Stamping or when one of our team members shows us cards with a new bundle.

I made three cards after I learned how to make this fancy fold.   I showed  how to make them on my Facebook Live and I have put the video in this post.

Coast to Coast Sketch Blog Hop

 

Time for our monthly Blog Hop!   I always look forward to seeing everyone's creations and I am sure you will too.   There are many talented people on our team!   This month we had to design a card using this sketch.

If you have never made a card using a sketch - it can be very helpful getting your mojo working.  This is a fun design and I chose to use my new In Colors to make this card.

The Basic White Thick Cardstock is 8 1/2" by 5 1/2"

I then cut a piece of  Sweet Sorbet 3" by 4".

I embossed that piece and the little white pieces with the

Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder.  I inked the folder with Craft Stampin' Ink.

I cut the Parakeet Party piece with Scalloped Contour Dies.

The little white pieces are 1" by 1 3/4" and embossed.

I stamped the sentiment from Happiness Abounds with Versemark and embossed it with white embossing powder.

I stamped the flowers from the Happiness Abounds set and cut them out with dies and attached them with glue.

All for Baby

I just got this set and I can’t put it down!   The stamps and dies are super cute!  Do you need a thank you card for baby gifts!    This would be appreciated by all your friends.

             

I started out with Basic White to make a card you could give to a boy or a girl.    I stamped the little onesie in So Saffron.  I die cut the other two baby clothes with the dies which go in this bundle.  The bear is one stamp which gives a textured look in Crumb Cake!   The rectangle is made by putting a smaller and slightly larger Stitched Rectangle Die together and cutting out this frame.   I put the frame on with dimensionals but glued everything else on.      I wanted a natural look and think I achieved that!

    

I cased the card on the left from Mary Fish and then made the card on the right with Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper.
