What’s Cookin’
I love this set - I have had it for a few months and am finally using it. As you can see in the cards below you can use any colour. You can stamp and then die cut or just die cut to make all these cute little kitchen utensils!

Masks
Here are just a few cards made with masks. I have used masks before but just for background. When you use these new Butterflies and Flowers Layering Decorative Madks the results are incredible.
I put the softer colour underneath and then brushed a darker colour on top. The butterflies just look gorgeous don’t you think!!!

Sale-a-bration Daffodil DSP
I always think this is the best part of the Stampin' Up year. When Sale-a-bration aligns with a new January to June catalogue (affectionally called JJcat) it really feels like Christmas to me with all the lovely new things to try.
This month our West Coast Creator team will be featuring the lovely new things which you can get for free during Sale-a-bration in January when you make a purchase of any products in two catalogues of $60 or $120. There are many things to choose from and you can make beautiful cards etc. for your friends. Enjoy all the wonderful creations of my friends.
This card uses the free Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper found on Pg 4 of the Sale-a-bration catalogue. It is lovely and coordinates with the Daffodil Daydream Bundle. I chose to use just the paper to show how easy it is to make a card. The sentiment is from a free stamp set on pg. 12. Daffodils are often used a symbol for support for cancer research and I have a few friends battling cancer and I thought this would be perfect card to send to one of my friends. I had some Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim which I colored with my Old Olive Blends just to add a little something I thought this card needed. You could actually not add the ladybug but.......when you get something new..... you just have to play with everything! :)
I decided to add a ladybug which I made using the Hello Ladybug Bundle. I stamped the black dots using my Stamparatus to get them dark enough and then just punched them out to make the wings of the ladybug. I thought they are so cute and adds just the right touch to the card. With the purchase of the Hello Ladybug Bundle and one heart punch you would qualify to get the Daffodil DSP for free. The paper is just like a garden and makes lovely cards.
This is a card using the Daffodil Daydream Bundle and the free paper. When you purchase the Daffodil Daydream Bundle - you can get the Daffodil Afternoon DSP for free as well! The dies in the bundle make these great daffodils.
