It seems like a month is going by really fast. Our blog hop comes up quite quickly. This month we are challenged to make a card which basically follows a design we are given by the leader of our blog hop.
I really love to be inspired by the rest of the team who participate - you will love their designs!
This is the sketch. We don't have to follow it exactly but it needs to be pretty close. It is helpful sometimes to be able to follow a sketch as coming up with your own design can be challenging.
Here is my design.
I started with Basic White Thick cardstock for the base of my card - 8 1/2 X 4 1/4.
I added a Navy piece of cardstock - 4 1/4 X 4 1/4. Then I cut a piece of DSP 4 X 4. I used the Nested Essential Dies to cut more DSP and the pieces the sentiment is on. I had a new stamp set from the mini Catty which will be available for customers September 6 - Translucent Florals. It is great for background stamping in this card.
